Browse our selection of leather, NATO, and steel bracelets, sized and fitted to your wrist. We also adjust clasps, replace spring bars, and advise on the best pairing for your watch case and lifestyle.

Workshop Capabilities

Every service we offer is built around one goal: keeping your watch accurate, watertight, and comfortable on the wrist. From a full movement overhaul to a simple strap swap, the work is documented and tested before it leaves the bench.

Movement Servicing and Overhaul Complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, fresh lubrication, and timed regulation for mechanical and quartz calibers. We work on ETA, Sellita, Miyota, and vintage in-house movements.
Water Resistance Testing Pressure testing to the manufacturer's rating, with gasket replacement and case resealing when needed. We verify the result with a dry test and a wet test before returning the piece.
Authenticity Verification Case back engravings, dial printing, hand finishing, and movement signatures are checked against reference archives. You receive a written report with photos of the key markers.
Strap and Bracelet Fitting Leather, rubber, NATO, and steel bracelet options sized to your wrist. We also source curved-end straps for cases with tight lug clearance.
Dial and Crystal Refinishing Gentle cleaning of aged dials, replacement of scratched crystals with OEM or aftermarket parts, and careful reapplication of luminous markers where the original paint has failed.
Regulation and Timing Adjustment Using a timegrapher, we adjust beat error and rate across multiple positions so the watch runs within acceptable daily tolerance for its age and movement type.

Service Terms & Clarifications

Before you send us your watch, read through the fine print. These notes define how we handle estimates, parts sourcing, water resistance claims, and authenticity verdicts so there are no surprises when your piece comes back to the bench.

Estimate & Approval PolicyEvery service begins with a written quote. We disassemble, inspect, and document the condition of your movement, then send you an itemized estimate. Work starts only after you approve it in writing. If we discover additional issues mid-service, we pause and contact you before proceeding. Parts SourcingFor vintage and discontinued calibers, we use NOS (new old stock) parts whenever possible. When originals are unavailable, we source aftermarket components that match the original specifications. You will always know which type of part is going into your watch before we fit it. Water Resistance TestingWe test every watch we service for water resistance using dry and wet pressure methods. A passing test means the watch meets its stated rating at the time of testing. Rubber gaskets and crowns wear over time, so we recommend re-testing every two years for daily wearers. Authenticity VerificationOur verification covers case, dial, movement, and bracelet consistency against factory reference data. We issue a written report with our findings. This is an expert opinion based on visual and mechanical inspection, not a certification from the original manufacturer. Turnaround TimesStandard servicing takes 3 to 4 weeks depending on parts availability. Chronographs and complicated movements may take longer. Restoration projects with dial or case work are scheduled individually, and we will give you a realistic timeline before you commit. Warranty CoverageAll service work is covered by a 12-month warranty on labor and replaced parts. The warranty does not cover damage from impact, water ingress after the service date, or wear from daily use. Keep your service receipt and warranty card with your watch.
